You bet there is! Because, as with most things in life, there is a set of 'secrets' to winning, to succeeding at anything.

And the winners that you see around you, have found them, and have used them. Mostly, by accident!

However, if they have found them out by accident, they will be (often) successful only in one field, and fail miserably in another.

For example, they may have a great career, and an overweight body.

Or great business success, and fail miserably in their marriage/s.

But success in any one field, does not mean that you should fail in all others.
(E.g., who would want to give up their cherished relationship for a career, or even, a pile of money?)

Look at this scenario that so many people (you?) will acknowledge happens to them:

Something (a speech by a motivator, a remark from a friend, an article that they've read somewhere) triggers you one day to decide:
That's it! I'm going to (become financially independent, get a beautiful body, become the boss where I work, fill in the blanks here)....

And so you set out to do that.

And you work so hard for that (start trying to set up a business, join a gym, demonstrate plenty of enthusiasm at work, whatever).

For some time.

And then suddenly, it all falls apart.

Loss of motivation?

Lack of drive?

Lots of reasons why you should not worry about it...

Suddenly, all the enthusiasm has evaporated.

Look at this example below (a weight loss example, taken from a real-live site):

This is the kind of thing that happens all the time, to so many people (maybe to you?).

With losing weight (or getting a beautiful body), with the desire to become financially free of a job, with climbing the corporate ladder, with getting really good at something...

We suddenly lose sight of the goal. 

Even though we 'want it', we cannot find enough 'drive' in ourselves to push forward, through the obstacles...

Why does this happen to 99% of us? (Yes, we'll talk about the lucky 1% elsewhere...)

Because there's more to Winning, to Succeeding, than simply "Making a decision to succeed".

Look, what you did do, was make a Conscious Decision in your head up here.

Which is very good. Yes, a great place to start. (And it is certainly what you need, to begin: A strong Conscious Decision).

But that is only the tip of the Iceberg of Success (remember, we're talking about anything BIG you desire here).

So what's happening below the surface, in the dark waters below,

where the "Body of the Iceberg" of Success lurks?

Here, in the icy dark below, are where you find your Barriers, Obstacles, or "Brakes" to Success.

Let's look at (some of) the Unconscious Barriers that make up the "Body of the Iceberg" of Success.

• Your Self Image: How you unconsciously "think of or see" yourself.
• Entrenched Behavior Patterns: Self-defeating habits that are so hard to break that you give up.
• Your Beliefs: How you "see" yourself: your abilities, and your dis-abilities: "I can do..." or "I can't do..."
• Your Values: Deep down "Important Things", that hold you back from other things you want to accomplish.
• A whole stack of Unconscious Goals and Desires:
  • Desire for Comfort: not tired, well-rested, security
  • Food patterns: a well-filled tummy
  • Desire for Warmth: Physical/Mental
  • Social Need: for Appreciation/Admiration/Love
  • Sexual Needs & Desires
  • etc, etc.

Can you see the "weight" of this "Iceberg Bottom", the sheer inertia that holds you back from succeeding?

(Even though you started out with such enthusiasm?)

Hey, don't get down on yourself because....

...in these same murky waters, could also be your "Unconscious Drivers, or Helpers" (Your Underground Engine Room).

But only if you know how to turn your Unconscious Barriers into Unconscious Helpers.
